How long does shipping take and what cost?
We offer free standard delivery on orders when you spend over £60.
- Standard delivery (3 - 5 business days) - £3.95
- Next day delivery (next day) - £7.95
What courier service do you use?
All orders are shipped using Evri for fast and effective delivery service.
How can I track my order?
We will email you the tracking details once your order is dispatched. If you didn't receive an email, double-check to see if it's gone to your junk folder.
Returns & refunds
How to I request a return?
To make a request return, please follow these steps:
- Go to your 'Orders' in your account.
- Click on the order containing the item(s) you want to request a return.
- Click 'Request return'.
- Now select the item with a reason.
- Finally click 'Request return'.
What is your refund policy?

When can I expect my refund?

Can the Urbanfield Sports e-gift card be returned or refunded?
No, the Urbanfield Sports e-gift card cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged or cancelled after purchase. Please see our e-gift card T&Cs for the full details.
Can a personalised item be returned or refunded?
No, personalised products cannot be refunded/returned unless the item is flawed. We are not held liable for any incorrect misspelling, grammar, or sizing (please check before ordering). We have the right to refuse/cancel what we deem to be offensive or abusive.

What is the minimum order value?
No minimum purchase order value required.
Can I cancel or change my order once it's placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot change your order once you have placed it (This also applies to personalised products). If you want to cancel your order, please get in touch with us here. If you wish to return an item, please see our refund policy for details.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Refunds for pre-orders are available at any point before the item's closure date. We do not accept refunds after the pre-order item's closure date. If you have ordered the wrong size/colour, please contact us before the item's closure date.

How do I determine the proper size and fit?
We understand that when it comes to sportswear, fit and size matters most. You can use our Urbanfield Sports size guide to determine the exact fit and size.
How to I apply a discount code?
If you have been given a discount code, you can apply it at the checkout page.
- Click the 'Checkout' button in cart.
- Enter your discount code in the field below 'Order Summary'.
- Then click 'Apply' next to the field.
Why is my discount code not working?
If your discount code isn't working it could either mean the code has expired or not recognised. If your discount code isn't being recognised, make sure that there are no spelling mistakes or character errors (discount codes are case-sensitive and require no spacing).
Can I combine multiple discount codes?
No, you may not combine multiple discount codes. Only one discount code can be used per order.
